A Message from Our CEO
A Year of Investment —
And a Clearer View of What’s Next
As we move into 2026, I wanted to share some reflections from 2025, 4x news about 2026 and talk about how we’re making AI progress practical.
The headline is simple: we grew more than 100% this year and expanded our team by 30%, bringing us to 85 people. But the more important story sits beneath that number.
In many ways, 2024 was the harder year.
2024 was a year of heavy investment into people, systems, training, and infrastructure—without knowing exactly what the return would look like. Not just financial cost, but leadership attention, patience, and trust. In 2025, we finally saw the fruit of that work. And it showed up not just in growth, but in how we grew.
Scale didn’t come from working harder — it came from working differently
One of the defining challenges of this year was scale. At one point, we were asked to support a program involving more than 1,800 sites. You don’t execute that with the same systems and assumptions that work with 200 sites. So we leaned heavily on our Design Tech team.
Over the last year, they helped us rethink how work flows through the organization—from assignment, to production, to QA/QC, to delivery. We built internal project management modules that allow work to be assigned intelligently, progress tracked automatically, quality reviews queued and completed systematically, and deliverables generated consistently without manual friction.
This wasn’t about chasing shiny tools. It was about respecting the reality that if you want to serve clients well at scale, your systems have to carry more of the load.
The result? Faster turnaround, higher consistency, and some of the strongest quality metrics we’ve ever seen—alongside exceptionally low turnover and the highest employee engagement scores in our history.
That combination matters!
We’re moving into a new space (it’s 4x bigger!)
We started in 2019. Hired our first employee in 2020. Today, we’re 85 people—and we’ve simply outgrown the space we’re in (for the 4th time now). So we’ve acquired a new facility in the same area of Izmir, Turkey that will give us roughly four times the space, with a planned move-in of late 2026.
This isn’t about square footage for its own sake. It’s about capacity and readiness.
A big part of what enables our growth is how we onboard and develop people. This year we formally launched our Incubation Program—a 6–12 month onboarding path for early-career architects and engineers that focuses on technical foundations, cultural alignment, and professional confidence before they’re embedded in our production teams.
We’ve found that younger professionals don’t just want to work—they want to be prepared to perform. When we invest in that preparation, they stay longer, contribute sooner, and grow into stronger teammates for the long haul.
We’re also intentional about working in person. Not rigid—but intentional. We believe shared context, real-time collaboration, and healthy relationships matter. It aligns with our Core Values and, frankly, it helps us stay aligned internally so we can show up consistently for you.
Where we’re doubling down in 2026
Over the past few months, we met with leaders at more than 20 A/E firms and asked a simple question: Where do you expect to feel the most pressure next?
The answer was remarkably consistent: engineering bottlenecks.
In response, 2026 will be a year of focused expansion across engineering—particularly civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, alongside continued growth in architecture. Our civil practice began with a client asking for help on EV charging work using Civil 3D. We learned, trained, and delivered. Today, we’ve completed hundreds of civil projects across EV infrastructure and ADA remediation, with deeper expertise and stronger internal training than we had even a year ago.
On the MEP side, we completed our first coordinated AMEPS projects this year and are continuing to invest in both people and process. We work closely with U.S.-licensed consultants for technical rigor, ask a lot of questions early, and collaborate directly with clients on project-specific decisions. Our engineering team sits at about 10 today. We expect to double that in 2026.
At the same time, our 60-strong architecture team continues to grow, supported by deeper training in multi-family and hospitality—led by Amy Johannsen, our Quality Leader, whose experience in those sectors is helping us prepare for what’s next.

Helping A/E leaders navigate an AI-enabled future—without the hype
In 2026, our Design Tech focus will center on helping firms understand where they actually are and what to do next. That’s why we’re developing tools like the AI Maturity Index, which benchmarks AI usage across design services, back-office workflows, leadership, and business development for AEC firms.
From there, we will help teams move forward pragmatically—whether that’s building searchable knowledge systems like Cognity, rethinking time tracking with Prodity, or piloting custom solutions that remove friction without creating risk.
Our goal isn’t to turn A/E firms into software companies. It’s to help you apply new tools wisely—without having to build everything from scratch.

Looking Ahead
More than anything, we want you to know this: 2025 was only possible because of the trust our clients placed in us.
As we look toward 2026, we’re optimistic. The firms we work with are planning for growth, and when the next wave comes, we want you to know you have a partner who’s been investing ahead of it—quietly, intentionally, and with the long term in mind.
We’re grateful to be part of your work, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!
